Terms Of Payment
1. Deposit payment of 50% total on acceptance of estimate.
2. Remainder on completion.
Delivery & installation
1. Delivery period two to four weeks (2 – 4) from official date of order.
2. Installation twelve to fifteen (12 – 15) working days, subject to site acceptance.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. All prices proposed EXCLUDE VALUE ADDED TAX (V.A.T.). – NOT YET VAT REGISTERED
2. All prices proposed are based on current exchange rates are subject to confirmation on date of
acceptance of proposal.
3. Delivery and installation is subject to stock availability.
4. All equipment remains the property of FIRE SYPPLY SERVICES until paid in full.
5. E&OE Applies to the above proposal.
Warranty Exclusions:
1. Warranty excludes lightning damage & power surges.
2. Warranty excludes any related water damage.
3. Warranty are subject to New equipment supplied and installed only.
4. Warranty excludes all 12 Volt DC batteries.
5. Warranty excludes remotes and receivers.
6. Warranty excludes all cabling.
7. Warranty excludes user error & programming changes.
8. Warranty shall not be honored should any equipment or repairs be carried out by any person or company
other than FIRE SUPPLY SERVICES
9. Warranty is subject to service & maintenance of System (Recommended quarterly).
Warranty Call – Out’s are subject to
FIRE SUPPLY SERVICES current labour & traveling time Rates.
* USER shall comply with the specifications, instructions and recommendations of the manufacture,
for the operation, service-maintenance and/or repair of the goods or part thereof.
* FIRE SUPPLY SERVICES cannot ̀ and will not be liable for any damage, theft or loss of income resulted
from the prescribed systems installed at the above mentioned address malfunctioning or been damaged
due to violation of premises in the event of a burglary, fire, riots or any other acts of God.
* All risks including destruction or loss of goods shall pass to the USER on acceptance of this proposal.
